  EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts or chicken pieces
few drops yellow food color
1 stick margarine
1 can chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
20 small flour tortillas
Instructions:
Put chicken in large pot filled about 3/4 full of water. Cook until tender. Remove chicken and bone, or if you prefer, may leave chicken with bones. Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas, back in boiling broth water. Take shears and cut flour tortillas in strips and drop in boiling broth (do not use corn tortillas). Cook for about 20 minutes or so until done.
