Ingredients:
2 packages (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
2 C. boiling water
1 C. plain low fat yogurt
2 Tbls. chili sauce
2 Tbls. finely chopped onion
2 Tbls. lemon juice
1 C. imitation crabmeat, flaked
1/2 C. chopped celery
1/4 C. chopped red pepper
Instructions:
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt, chili sauce, onion and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 4 individual plastic containers or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
