Ingredients:
2 oz Nuefchatel cheese, softened
1 tbsp Fat-free or reduced-calorie mayonnaise, salad dressing
1 tsp -2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp Skim milk
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
8 slice Whole-grain bread, toasted if desired
2 small Cucumber, thinly sliced
Freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Mix Neufchatel cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed, milk and garlic. Spread
cheese mixture on bread, Place cucumber slices on 4 slices bread.
Sprinkle with pepper. Top with remaining bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
