Ingredients:
1 cup EDEN Safflower Oil
1 cup Maple syrup
1 1/2 cup EDENsoy OR- any EDEN food beverage
4 tbsp Flax seed*
4 cup Unbleached white flour
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp LIMA Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Allspice
3 cup Grated raw carrots
1 cup Chopped walnuts
1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions:
*(grind flax in a coffee grinder and dissolve in Edensoy)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend oil, maple syrup and EDENsoy (With
diSSOlVed flax seed). Sift flour with baking powder and soda. Add
remaining ingredients. Mix well, add wet ingredients to dry and stir
in well. Bake in a 9" x 13" pan at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Baking Time: 35-40 minutes Yield: 12-15 servings
