Ingredients:
-Sue Woodward

MMMMMSALAD

2 medium Cucumbers, thinly sliced
4 Green onions, thinly sliced
3 small Tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp Fresh parsley, snipped

MMMMMDRESSING

1/4 cup Sour cream
1/4 tsp Prepared mustard
2 tbsp Fresh dill, minced
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients;
pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill for at
least 1 hr.
