Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dried leaf basil
1 tsp Dried leaf oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground black pepper
2 medium Garlic cloves, minced
2 lb Boneless chicken breast 1-1/
1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup Vegetable shortening, solid
4 cup Fresh bread crumbs
2/3 cup Sesame seeds
Plum sauce (see below)
1 1/2 cup Red plum jam
1 1/2 tbsp Ballpark-style mustard
1 1/2 tbsp Horseradish, prepared
1 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
