1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 cup Warm water
1 tbsp Instant rise yeast
11 1/2 cup Flour
4 cup Cold water
3/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt

beat or knead for a few minutes. Put into a large, covered bowl to
rise. At about 10 PM, punch down bread dough and form into rolls.
