Ingredients:
½ cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sifted flower
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 T. melted butter
1 cup chopped nuts
3 large soft bananas mashed
or 2 lg jars baby food bananas
Instructions:
Cream butter, sugar, and beat in eggs
Combine sifted dry ingredients
Add bananas and nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake in oven for 1 hour in bread pan
Pour melted butter over top of bread

Yield 1 loaf or 4 mini loaves
