Ingredients:
1 lb Smoked sausage
1 medium Onion (chopped)
4 large Potatoes
3 cup Hot water
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Cut sausage into half inch slices;
place in large saucepan and brown on both sides. Add chopped onion
and cook until wilted. Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper. Boil 30
minutes. Add parsley and simmer 2 minutes longer.
