Ingredients:
20 Cheese Ritz crackers
1 small Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbls. Green pepper, minced
1/4 C. Chili sauce
1/2 C. Milk
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 pounds Ground beef, lean
Instructions:
Crush the crackers. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Form the mixture into a round loaf that will fit into the crock pot. Place in the pot and cover. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
