Ingredients:
1/2 large Cucumber
4 oz Fromage Frais
Seasoning
Instructions:
Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, then leave for 15 minutes to
allow excess water to drain. Rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Place the fromage frais in a bowl and stir in the cucumber.
