Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound loaf
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Molasses
1 Egg
3 tbsp Applesauce
3 1/3 cup Bread flour
1 tbsp Brown sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Yeast
Instructions:
Put ingredients in machine according to custom. LEMON ICING: In small
mixing bowl stir 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 t vanilla, 1 t lemon
juice & enough milk (1-3 t) to make an icing of drizzling consistency.
