Ingredients:
1 package Yeast
3 cup Bread flour
2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Shredded coconut
3/4 cup Macadamia nuts or almonds
1 tbsp Sugar
1/3 cup Crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup Pineapple juice (above)
1 each Egg
1/4 cup Warm water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients in the order listed to the pan. Select white
bread and press "Start". NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients
should be at room temperature. This can be mixed on manual of the
bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine,
divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and
let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40
min.
