Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Orange rind, grated
1 Egg
1/4 cup Oil
1 cup Bananas
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Sift first 5 ingredients, combine remaining ingredients, stir into
dry mix, bake at 350 for 50 minutes in a greased lined loaf pan.
