Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup Flour
2 cup Cornmeal
3 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Shortening
2 cup Milk
2 tsp Cream tartar
1 tsp Soda
1 Pinch of salt
2 each Eggs
Instructions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs and add milk, stir
into dry ingredients and lastly add melted shortening. Put in greased
8x8 pan and bake in
375 oven for 20-25 min.
