  Black Eyed Beans With Basil Sambuca Dressing

Ingredients:
----------DRESSING----------
1 each Garlic clove, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Sambuca liqueur
2 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp Black pepper ----------SALAD------------
2 cup Cooked black eyed peas
1/2 each White onion, chopped
1/2 each Red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup Chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix with sald ingredients & rest at
least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
