Ingredients:
1 Box (15-oz) raisin bran
3 cup Sugar
5 cup Flour
5 tsp Soda
2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Cloves
2 tsp Nutmeg
3 tsp Cinnamon
4 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Oil
1 qt Buttermilk
2 tsp Vanilla
3 package Dried fruit bits
2 cup Nuts
Instructions:
Cook fruit in water until done. Drain. Mix dry ingredients. Add
remaining ingredients. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 20
minutes -- if using miniature muffin tins, reduce baking time to 15
minutes.

Don't know where this came from originally, my mother had it in her
recipe box, but anytime I make these, everyone raves!
