Ingredients:
21 Ritz crackers, broken not crushed
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Pecans
3 Egg whites
Instructions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, pecans and crackers. Put in
buttered pie plate and cook at 325 for 30 minutes.
