Ingredients:
6 Potatoes (red or white)
1/2 cup Oleo (1 stick, melted)
1 package Original Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
Instructions:
Wash potatoes; do not peel. Slice crosswise. Layer in a casserole
dish. Pour melted butter over potatoes and sprinkle with dressing
mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
