Ingredients:
3 pounds boneless roast pork
5 whole cloves to 6
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 C. catsup
2 Tbls. orange juice
2 Tbls. honey
1 Tbls. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet gravy enhancer
Instructions:
Stud meat with cloves. Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with paprika and nutmeg. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours high 4 to 6 hours. Remove roast. Juices may be thickened with 1 1/2 Tbls. cornstarch and 2 Tbls. water. Cook until thickened.
