  GARLIC LIME CHICKEN

Ingredients:
3/4 C. fresh lime juice
1/2 C. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/3 C. olive oil
4 large garlic clove, minced
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in 9x13-inch baking dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Rub lime mixture over chicken breasts. Cover and refrigerate chicken for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Prepare barbecue grill (medium-high heat). Season chicken generously with salt and pepper. Grill until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally, for about 12 minutes. Transfer to a platter, garnish with additional cilantro.
