  PEANUT BUTTER BRAN MUFFINS

Ingredients:
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1/3 C. bran
2 Tbls. baking powder
1 Tbls. sugar
1 egg
1/4 C. peanut butter
1/2 C. low fat milk
1/3 C. peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin C.. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes.
