Ingredients:
2 1/2 tsp Yeast
3 cup Bread flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 1/3 tbsp Butter
1 cup Milk

MMMMMADD FOLLOWING 1ST KNEADING

2/3 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup Cooked, crumbled bacon
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and
push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
