Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry
1/4 lb Cheddar, Sharp, Shredded
10 3/4 oz Tomato Soup, Condensed, 1 Cn
1 each Egg, Lg
1/4 cup Onion, Chopped
2 tbsp Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients, mixing lightly. Shape into a loaf in
an 11 1/2 X 7 1/2- inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for an
hour. Serve hot.
