Ingredients:
3 tbsp Dry sherry
1/2 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 cup ;Water
2 tbsp Minced green onion
3 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions:
Combine and blend all ingredients.

Martinez writes: "I also use this as a regular salad dressing. It has
a really good flavor."
