  Crispy Half-Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 medium Baking potatoes, halved - lengthwise
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp Dried thyme
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Lightly brush cut sides of potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with
parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Heat oven broiler.
Transfer potatoes to broiler pan and broil for 2 to 3 minutes or
until browned. Season with pepper and thyme. Serve immediately. Makes
4 servings.
