Ingredients:
8 slice White bread, crusts removed
1/4 pinch Butter, softened
4 slice Broad thin slices cooked
Chicken, breast meat
4 slice Thin natural Gruyere
1 tbsp Water
Dash of salt and freshly
Grounded pepper
Instructions:
Spread the bread with some of the softened butter. Make 4 sandwiches.
each with one slice of chicken and one of cheese. Press firmly
together. Proceed as with the Croque-Monsieur.
