Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Ground clove
1/2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Fennel seed
1/2 tbsp Dill seed, -=OR=-
1 tbsp -Dried dill leaves
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Whole coriander
1 tbsp Cayenne pepper (or dbl amt)
1/2 tsp Powdered ginger
1/2 tsp Ground saffron
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1 tbsp Dried fenugreek
1/2 tbsp Mustard powder
1 tsp Cumin seed
4 Bay leaves
Instructions:
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS in a small blender, processor or electric coffee
grinder and process to a powder. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 1/2 Cup
