  Fudgy Peanut-Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients:
2 cup Chocolate wafer crumbs
(about 36 wafers)
1/3 cup Margarine or butter,melted
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Chopped peanuts
1/2 cup Chocolate fudge topping
1/2 cup Caramel-flavored topping
1 Half gallon vanilla or choc ice cream, softened
1/4 cup Chocolate fudge topping
1/4 cup Caramel-flavored topping
1/4 cup Peanuts, if desired
Instructions:
Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and sugar. Press firmly in ungreased
square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix 1 cup peanuts, 1/2 cup fudge topping
and 1/2 caramel topping. Spread over crumb mixture. Spoon ice cream
onto peanut mixture; spread evenly.

Drizzle with 1/4 cup fudge topping and 1/4 cup caramel topping. Cover
and freeze at least 12 hours until firm. Serve with peanuts and
additional chocolate fudge topping if desired. Yield: 12 servings.
