Ingredients:
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 cup Sugar
3 Egg yolks
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Pecan pieces
1 1/3 cup Coconut
1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
Cook milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla over medium heat. Stir
constantly until thick. Add 1-1/3 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped
pecans. Beat until thick to put on cake.
