Ingredients:
1/4 cup Margarine, (unsalted)
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Molasses
1/4 cup Egg substitute
6 oz Can frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup Rolled oats
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Walnuts
2 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking flour
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions:
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Stir in molasses, egg
substitute and orange juice. Mix in reamining ingredients. Spread in
13 by 9 by 2-inch pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake in a
325-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
