Ingredients:
3 medium Potatoes, up to 4 peeled and thinly sliced
2 cup 18% cream, or milk
2 each Eggs
2 oz Emmenthal cheese, up to 3 oz grated
Instructions:
The accompanying dish to Roast Herbed Lamb from Lisette Dionne, the
mother-in-law of Jean Charest (A conservative leadership candidate
who may be Canada's next prime minister).

Make two layers of potato slices in a greased casserole, sprinkling
cheese, salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg on each layer. Whisk
cream and eggs together and pour over potatoes. Bake in preheated
350F oven 1 hour or til potatoes are tender.
