Ingredients:
3 Egg whites -- whipped
2 cup Bread crumbs
1 cup Celery -- chopped
1 cup Onions -- chopped
1 cup Bell peppers
1 cup Carrots -- shredded
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Olive oil
3 lb Ground chicken breast,
Skinless -- cooked
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, bread crumbs, celery, onions,
bell peppers, carrots, and salt. Add chicken and mix well. In a
skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken mixture. Cook until
chicken is no longer pink. Cool.
