Ingredients:
1 lb Beef, ground
1 each Egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 each Onion, minced
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions:
Mix in order given and shape into round cakes. Fry in butter until
