Ingredients:

1 tsp Vegetable oil
3 1/2 cup Blue cornmeal
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp Baking powder
2 cup Pinto beans, cooked; drained
2 tsp Cumin
1 cup Tomato sauce
2 tsp Chili powder
2 1/2 cup Cheese, grated or tofu
2 cup -water
1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
1 Egg or egg sub., beaten
Picante sauce
1 cup Chopped green chilies
Instructions:
Mix first three ingredients. Combine water, egg and chilies in
separate bow Source: Arrowhead Mills Blue Cornmeal
