Ingredients:
Boiled Corn,
Cornflour,
Spring Onions(finely chopped)
Green Chillies(finely chopped)
Cilantro (chopped)
Salt to taste,
Pepper to taste,
Oil for frying
Chat Masala
Ajinomoto
Instructions:
Spread Cornflour on a plate and roll the corns to cover completely. Deep fry these corns and keep aside ( Place them on a soaking paper so that excess oil is absorbed)

Now, In a pan put some oil. Add green chillies and onions. Then add salt and pepper. Sprinkle a little ajinomoto. Put some lemon juice after taking it off from flame.

Garnish with Cilantro and sprinkle "Chat Masala" and serve.
