Ingredients:
1 large onion sliced thinly
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans tomato paste 6 oz. each
8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1/4 C. dry white wine
1/4 C. water
Instructions:
Put sliced onion in bottom of crock pot. Add chicken pieces. Combine and stir together remaining ingredients. Spread over chicken. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or 3 to 4 hours on high. Serve over hot spaghetti.
