Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
1 pound pork loin cut into 1 inch cubes
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 can tomato sauce 8 oz.
2 cans chili without beans-15 oz. each
1 can hominy-29 oz. drained
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. cumin
1 Tbls. chili powder
Instructions:
Into a crock pot put all of the ingredients, and cook on low for 6 hours.
