Ingredients:
1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
8 chicken thighs
2 Tbls. vegetable oil
1 C. your favorite BARBECUE sauce
Instructions:
Put dry ingredients into a medium-size paper bag. Shake to mix. Add chicken, and shake well to coat chicken. Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken and brown. Put 1/2 of the BARBECUE sauce in crock pot, add chicken, add remaining BARBECUE sauce. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, covered.
