Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken pieces
1 onion, medium, chopped
2 Tbls. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 can orange juice, frozen
2 tsp. orange rind, grated
3 C. cranberries
1 C. sugar
Instructions:
Add browned chicken and onions and other ingredients to crock pot. Cook until done
