Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef or turkey
2 Tbls. chili powder
4 Tbls. sugar
1 large onion
1/2 can tomato sauce
3 small cans tomato paste
3 cans water to 4 cans tomato paste size
Oregano to taste
Cumin to taste
Salt to taste
Toppings:
Chopped tomatoes
Lettuce
Green peppers
Grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Doritos Chips
Instructions:
Simply brown meat and drain. Place all sauce ingredients in crock pot including browned meat and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 8 hours stirring on occasion. Serve each plate in this order bottom to top: Doritos on bottom, meat, sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, cheddar cheese, and sour cream for topping.
