Ingredients:
2 pounds lean hamburger
2 C. corn chips coarsely crushed
2/3 C. taco sauce
4 Tbls. taco seasoning mix
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 C. grated Mexican blend cheese
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Place in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or can be baked in your oven at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
