Ingredients:
2 pounds meat to 2 1/2 pounds cut into 1 inch cubes
1 C. smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
1 C. beef bouillon
2 cans lima beans-16 oz. each drained
Instructions:
Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper, if desired. Place in crock pot with barbecue sauce and bouillon. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add drained beans and cook on high 15 to 20 minutes.
