Ingredients:
3 1/2 pounds Beef short ribs
1 Tbls. Vegetable oil
1 Large onion, cut into wedges
1 C. Water
1 C. Tomato ketchup
1/3 C. Red wine vinegar
1 Tbls. Paprika
1 tsp. Curry powder
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
2 tsp. Salt
4 Medium potatoes, peeled
4 Medium carrots, pared, cut
1 Tbls. Cornstarch, optional
1/4 C. Water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients at cook on low for 6-8 hours.
