Ingredients:
3 pounds fryer chicken cut serving pieces
1 garlic clove minced
1 large onion chopped
2 bay leaves
3/4 C. beer
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 C. pimento stuffed olives
Instructions:
Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in crock pot and stir well. Add chicken, stirring to coat well. Make sure all chicken is coated. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
