  ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

Ingredients:
3 pounds Italian sausage links sweet or hot
3 green peppers to 4 sliced in strips
2 large onions sliced in strips
2 C. spaghetti sauce to 4 C.
2 Tbls. oil more if needed
Instructions:
Place sausage links on a broiling tray and broil until golden brown. While sausage is browning, in a large skillet heat 2 Tbls. or so of oil and add peppers and onions. Cook vegetables until slightly golden brown. Add browned sausage and vegetables to crock pot. Add between 2 to 4 C. spaghetti sauce stir and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
