Ingredients:
4 pounds Ground beef
1 C. Green pepper, chopped
1 C. Onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 C. Cracker crumbs
2 Eggs
2 packages Brown gravy mix, 7/8 oz.
2 C. Milk
8 Medium potatoes cut up
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except potatoes in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf and put into a crock pot. Place potatoes at sides of loaf (if potatoes are peeled wrap in foil to prevent darkening).
