  SWISS STEAK WITH BANANA PEPPERS

Ingredients:
6 minute steaks to 8
Flour as needed
1 bell pepper diced
2 sweet banana peppers diced
1/2 C. diced onions
1 can tomatoes-16 oz.
2 Tbls. light soy sauce
Instructions:
Dredge steaks in flour then brown in skillet. Place all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook on high for 1 hour, then allow to cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
