Ingredients:
1 C. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. coriander
1 Tbls. cumin
1 Tbls. brown sugar
1 C. orange juice
Instructions:
Place above ingredients with only half of the orange juice in a blender container. Blend on high speed for 1 minute, scraping sides. Add another 1/2 C. of orange juice. Cook chicken per instructions on the bag. Pour sauce over chicken, and serve.
