Ingredients:
1 reduced fat, artificially sweetened ice cream sandwich, halved horizontally
2 Tbls. fruit sweetened strawberry jam
1/4 C. fat free whipped topping
1/4 C. sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
Place 1/2 of the ice cream sandwich on a serving plate. Spread 2 Tbls. strawberry jam on top. Place the other sandwich half on top of the jam. Cover the top and sides evenly with the whipped topping. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Serve immediately.
